Darien and Nick often say they owe their entire relationship to Hinge—where a single right swipe changed their lives forever.

Their first date was one for the books. Meeting at a cozy bar near Rockefeller Center, Nick, determined to impress, ordered vodka sodas in advance. He thought this thoughtful gesture would make a lasting impression. Darien, however, being a savvy New York City woman, was more suspicious than swooned. Her first thought? Was this drink spiked? Fortunately, Nick’s intentions were as pure as his sense of humor. One cocktail led to many more, and before they knew it, the evening melted away as they bonded over endless conversation and laughter.

In just three short months, it was clear: this was love. Since that memorable first date, Darien and Nick have built a life full of adventure and joy. Their love story has taken them from yoga classes on Mondays (sometimes traded for Margarita Mondays) to sun-drenched summers down the Jersey Shore and globe-trotting travels.

Most importantly, they are each other’s best friends—their greatest joy and deepest comfort. Together, they embrace life with open hearts and endless laughter, ready for wherever the next chapter leads.
